The SPM platform had grown in complexity over time, resulting in inconsistent UI patterns, duplicated layouts, and a fragmented experience across features. This reduced clarity for both executives and employees and made it harder to maintain a cohesive product as new modules and requirements continued to expand.
Solution :
This redesign strengthens the SPM platform by creating a more consistent and scalable user experience across its growing set of modules. By aligning layouts, interaction patterns, and design foundations, the work improves clarity for both executives and employees while supporting long-term product expansion with a cohesive visual system.
Challenge :
One of the main challenges was making the platform feel consistent across all modules without losing its overall visual character. The UI needed to stay cohesive and scalable, while still feeling modern and flexible enough to match each client’s brand identity.
